How to Recover Deleted Data from iPhone

Note: You are allowed to select displaying the deleted or all data by clicking the inverted triangle on the top of the interface.

Tutorial 2: Retrieve Deleted iPhone File from iCloud Backup File

Step 1. Select iCloud Recovery Mode and Enter Your Apple Account

Make sure the connection between your iPhone and the computer, and launch iPhone Data Recovery. Sign in your Apple account when you get the interface below.

Step 2. Download and Scan Your iCloud Backup Files

Once you successfully enter your Apple account, the program will list out all your iCloud backup files. Select one and click on the "Download" button, then click on the "Scan" button to analyze iCloud backup.

Step 3. Preview and Retrieve Content from iCloud Backup

Now you come to the step to check the items you want to restore and click on the "Recover" button.

Note: You can return the home screen to remove the downloaded iCloud backup from your PC before exit. Then log out your iCloud account.

Tutorial 3: Retrieve Previous Content by Extracting it from iTunes

If you fail to find the lost data from your iPhone or iCloud backup file, here offers the third way: Recover from your iTunes Backup.

Step 1. Select iTunes Backup File to Scan

On the interface of iPhone Data Recovery, choose the mode "Recover from iTunes Backup File". Then all your iTunes backups which have ever synced with iTunes on your computer will be automatically detected and listed. Just select one of them and click the "Start Scan" button to begin iTunes backup extracting.

Step 2. Preview and Restore Lost Data

Now you can preview the information in iTunes backup one by one before checking those you want to restore. After you finish your selection, please click the "Recover" button at the bottom.
