How to Restore iPhone

Now iOS 8 has been available, but upgrading to iOS 8.1 can take risks, because you might lost all your data if you don’t have any backups. To me, it can’t be more horrible to see my photos and contacts disappear after the upgradation. But if it unluckily happens, I still have the chance to get them back. Why? The reason is iPhone Data Recovery , an useful software dedicated to restore your iPhone information, including contacts, text messages, call logs, photos, videos, etc.

Tutorial 1: Recover iPhone Data Directly from Device

Step 1. Connect Your Device to PC

First of all, you need to connect your device to PC and run iPhone Data Recovery. Your iPhone will be detected by the program automatically. When you see the interface below, click the button of "Start Scan".

When the scan finishes, all your iPhone data will be displayed in certain categories. Preview and choose the content you want and click the button "Recover".

Tutorial 2: Restore iPhone Data from iTunes Backup

Step 1. Connect Your Device to PC

Connect your iPhone to PC and launch iPhone Data Recovery. Then choose "Recover from iTunes Backup File", select an iTunes backup file of your device and click the button "Start Scan".

Step 2. Restore Your iPhone Data from iTunes Backup

After scanning, the data found will be displayed. Preview them and select those you would like to extract, and then click the button "Recover".

Tutorial 3: Restore iPhone Data from iCloud Backup

Step 1. Sign in Your iCloud Account

Connect your phone to PC and launch iPhone Data Recovery. Then select "Recover from iCloud Backup File", and sign in your iCloud account.

Step 2. Download Your iCloud Backup

After you enter your Apple ID, all the backup files of iCloud will be displayed automatically. Select the one you want and click the button "Download".

Step 3. Preview and Restore Your Data from iCloud Backup

After scanning, you can preview the whole data one by one, such as messages, photos, etc. Choose the data you want to restore and click "Recover".

Now you are free to upgrade your iPhone to iOS 8, since iPhone Data Recovery is here for you and you won’t have to worry about losing information.
