If you want to delete iPhone data and at the same time we are unwilling to lose jailbreak, the common method you may want to try is to go to Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings on your iPhone. Well, it's a common way which helps you delete iPhone data, but it's not work for an iPhone that you want to reserve jailbreak. You don't need to panic and there are three useful ways that can help you. If you want to protect your information away from leaking to strangers, my recommendation is the first method. Also the second one and the third one are good to try.

Method 1: One Click to Delete iPhone Data Without Losing Jailbreak (Recommended)

Note: You should use iTunes or iCloud to backup the important data on your old iPhone first, because the deletion you're going to perform is permanent.

Step 1. Run iPhone Data Eraser and connect your iPhone, choose the menu - ERASE ALL DATA and then go ahead.
